I understand that massage therapy is provided for stress reduction, relaxation, relief from muscular tension, and improvement of circulation and energy flow. I understand that there are no guarantees for recovery and I also understand that massage therapy is non-sexual in nature and any advancement made will terminate the massage, and I will be charged the full amount of the massage.

Terms & Conditions (Cancellation Policy)

We ask that you arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out a short intake form. However, you may also fill in an intake form online. When you book an appointment, we require a credit card to hold your appointment, but your card is not charged. We understand that delays and unforeseen changes happen. If you're running late please let us know as soon as possible by calling510-823-2343. If you arrive late, we'll try our best to accommodate your full appointment; however, please understand that in order to avoid delays for subsequent clients, we may be forced to shorten your massage session if there are other clients with appointments following yours.

We require your credit card information when booking appointments. We do this because we are a small establishment, and if someone does not show up or call to cancel at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment, then that time slot is no longer available for other clients. Because of this, any no-shows or cancellations made 3 hours or less before a scheduled appointment will be charged a $30 cancellation fee. Therefore, If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate you, or reschedule you without any charges.

If you have already paid in full for your session, we will retain $30 + bank/processing fees, and refund the rest to your card. In order to avoid unnecessary charges, please contact us by phone as soon as you know that there is a scheduling issue. We will do our best to accommodate you or reschedule you!

Return/Refund Policy

Refunds are allowed for UNUSED "Series" only. However, Dao Ruang Traditional Thai Massage may exercise its discretion in offering refunds, sales voids, complimentary services, etc.
